All human beings, animals and plants are living beings who have the right to live, for each of them is a soul incarnated in a specific body.

As such, monarchs and heads of state must ensure that no one harms the life and integrity of all citizens, including humans, animals and plants.

By the law of karma, the law of action-reaction, or the law of cause and effect, all thoughts, words, and actions produce positive and negative effects, which inevitably provoke in the present end of life already, but certainly in the next existence, positive consequences for the virtuous, and negative consequences for those guilty of heinous acts. God lets us act at our peril. Where human justice does not act, since it is lax, divine justice always carries out its work and punishes those guilty of iniquitous acts.

Those who walk with God in virtue, and obey Him, take refuge in Him. What could be more natural for a virtuous being in danger than to think of God, who will protect him. Let him face imminent peril, and the Lord will protect him.

The Lord says: “Surrender yourself to Me, and I will take you under My protection”.

It is time for all human beings without exception to adopt the principles of spirituality such as austerity, purity, compassion and truthfulness.

It is the duty of every Head of State to ensure that the principles of spirituality, austerity, purity, compassion and truthfulness, are established throughout his territory and that the principles of irreligion, vanity, illicit carnal unions outside marriage, prostitution, drunkenness and duplicity, are curbed by all means, i.e. by severe sanctions, even penal sanctions.

All virtuous kings and heads of state reign under the authority of God. They act in accordance with the enlightened advice of wise and learned spiritual masters, who are competent in matters relating to the spiritual elevation of human beings, while they, the leaders, specialize in the art of instituting peace and material prosperity within society. These two groups are the pillars of universal happiness, so they must act together in perfect union for the common good of all living beings, human beings, animals and plants.

Spiritual awakening passes through the receptivity of all human beings, and the basic principles of spirituality, austerity, purity, compassion and truthfulness, contribute favorably to the state of awakening and to spiritual knowledge.
