Thus, in his aspect as the Supreme Soul, also called the Holy Spirit, he resides in the heart of all living beings: in all celestial beings inhabiting the paradisiacal planets located in the upper region of our galaxy, in all human beings—white, black, yellow, red, and mixed-race—in all terrestrial and aquatic animals, and in all plants, from blades of grass to towering trees, and even in the atom.

Lord Krishna permeates all that Is, animates it, and sustains it.

Universal time, with its three elements—past, present, and future—dwells within him. This is why he is called “the Master of Time.”

This is how he knows everything, and far in advance, of everything that is to come to pass in the spiritual world, on all the planets composing the various galaxies, and also within each of us. Nothing is unknown to him.

Witness to our every thought, word, and deed, God already knows everything about each of us.

He knows everything about each of us, whatever our thoughts, words, and actions may be. He already knows everything about us. What can we possibly hide from Him that He doesn't know? Nothing, for He already knows everything about each of us, and long before events even occur.

Witness to the past, present, and future actions of all beings, whether in the spiritual world or on all the planets that comprise all the material galaxies, Lord Krishna knows the essence of all things.

The spiritual and material worlds exist because Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, casts His divine gaze upon them and sustains them. None, without His divine supervision, can live or move, or even exist at all.

Lord Krishna is the witness to everything we do. He witnesses all the wanderings of all living beings; this is also why he is God, the original Sovereign Person.

Krishna, in his form as Supreme Soul, resides in the heart of all beings, whether in the material universe or the spiritual world.

He is thus a witness to all their past, present, and future actions. He therefore knows everything that each being has done over hundreds and thousands of previous existences. He sees their present actions and also knows the fruits they will produce in the future.

The entire cosmic manifestation takes shape as soon as he casts his divine gaze upon material energy. From then on, nothing can exist without his divine supervision.

Thus, since he sees even the ultimate resting place of all beings, he is indeed Krishna, God, the original Supreme Person.
