Let us all heed this counsel from God: The man of the highest order is he who finds his refuge in Me through total surrender, and who, renouncing all forms of material occupation, lives according to My teaching.

Surrender yourself completely to Me. By My grace, you will know absolute peace and attain My eternal and supreme abode.

God is the real solution.

If we truly wish to improve environmental and climatic conditions on Earth, let us begin by turning to the Supreme Lord and recovering our lost God consciousness.

The first step is to understand that everything on Earth—just as on all planets in our galaxy and across all galaxies in the material cosmos—belongs to Krishna, God, the Supreme Person. Anyone who dares to appropriate any object within this space—which is God’s property—is a thief.

The golden key is to become conscious of Krishna, God, the Supreme Person. Being God-conscious—that is, Krishna-conscious—means no longer viewing anything on Earth as our own property, but rather as the sole property of Krishna, the Supreme Person, and acting accordingly.

Let us surrender ourselves completely to God, renew the bond of love that unites us to Him, love Him, obey Him, and do only His will; let us align our desires, interests, and plans with His, and serve Him with love and devotion—then everything will fall into place. Global warming will then vanish for good.

We absolutely must change our ways by abandoning all our selfish desires, renouncing once and for all our sensual pleasures, and living henceforth according to God’s teaching.

Let us never forget that we ourselves are the source of the misfortunes and suffering we endure, and solely responsible for their duration or the resulting repetitive nature.

God has commanded us: “You shall not kill; you shall do no harm to living beings.”

In truth, we are all—without exception—spiritual souls incarnated in specific bodies (whether human, animal, or plant) according to our karma.

By commanding “You shall not kill,” God wants us to know that it is forbidden to hinder, let alone halt, a soul's spiritual evolution. Indeed, no one has the right to prevent a soul incarnated in a human, animal, or plant body from continuing its spiritual evolution.

Krishna—God, the Supreme Person—asks us not to harm human beings (whether white, black, yellow, red, or of mixed race), nor land and aquatic animals, nor plants—from blades of grass to great trees.

That is why He asks us to care for all land and aquatic animals, as well as all plants without exception; to look after them all, and to do them no harm.
