During the Iron Age, or Dark Age, rulers will have become thieves who extort money and property from citizens through force or collusion. As this Dark Age progresses, we can see that these dishonest practices are already underway. It is therefore not difficult to imagine how far civilization will have degenerated by the end of the Iron Age. In fact, the situation will be such that there will no longer be a sane person capable of knowing who God is, or of understanding the connection that unites us to Him. In other words, human beings will behave like animals, because they will act like animals.

When non-Aryans, those from the lowest social classes, who masquerade as kings, begin to practice cannibalism due to the ensuing famine, and eventually prey on righteous beings,

When the planet is filled with people who cannot understand logical conversation because they are slow-witted and dull,

When people can no longer be taught, especially concerning the high philosophy regarding the purpose of life, nor know what to do or how to live,

When people are unable to change their ways,

When the evil qualities of the present age—the dark age, the terrible age, the age of discord, strife, hypocrisy, indifference, decadence, and sin—increase to an intolerable level,

Then Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, will descend in the form of Avatar Kalki, the Messiah awaited by Jews and Christians, will bring about the destruction of all atheists and all those entrenched in irreligion. In truth, Vishnu, or Krishna, is the only true protector. The Lord appears in this world to restore order whenever kings and rulers fail to govern properly.

He will kill all wicked demonic beings, all those who live outside the norms of Vedic culture [the Vedas, the original sacred scriptures], such as atheists, and thus destroy the world's evil state. He does not come to teach, but simply to chastise, punish, and purify the entire planet.

He will restore justice on Earth, and the minds of those living at the end of the Kali Yuga, the Iron Age, will be awakened and as clear as crystal. The human beings who will thus be changed into virtuous beings in this particular time will give birth to offspring who will follow the laws of the golden age, the age of virtue, the age of purity, the age of truth.

He will gather all the learned sages and distinguished spiritual guides, and offer the highest truth. He will eliminate the prolonged hunger of the truly wise and pious.

He will be the sole ruler of the world, above whom there is no one, without equal, without control, and will be the banner of glorious victory for the world.

After this, a new age, the age of virtue, will begin.
