The True Function of the Illusionary Energy.

Under the sway of material energy, embodied beings, conditioned by matter and the energy of illusion, become entangled in countless difficulties solely to experience a fleeting material happiness, which they mistakenly believe to be lasting. They engage in self-serving actions without understanding the implications, effects, and consequences that will follow.

Driven by the erroneous belief that they are the material body in which they reside, conditioned beings foolishly surround themselves with innumerable attachments, all illusory. They thus believe they can live perpetually in this material environment. This gross misconception exerts such a hold on them that they suffer continuously, life after life, prisoners of the Lord's external energy, in its aspect of illusory energy, which thus seeks to compel beings to turn to the Supreme Lord, so that they may ultimately obey Him and do His divine will.

Let us all become aware that all bodily conceptions of pleasure are merely products of the illusory energy and realize that all things in this material world are nothing but the creation of material energy, in its aspect of illusory energy.

How can we put an end to the influence of illusory energy?

To do this, we simply need to surrender completely to Krishna, God, the Supreme Personality, to love Him, to obey Him, to do His divine will, to align our desires, plans, and interests with His, and to serve Him with love and devotion.

The Lord tells us in this regard: Live according to My teachings.

Are all material bodies—those of celestial beings, those of human beings, those of animals, and those of plants—all temples of God?

Yes, all material bodies—those of celestial beings inhabiting the paradisiacal planets located in the upper region of our galaxy, those of all human beings without exception, those of all terrestrial and aquatic animals, and those of all plants, from blades of grass to tall trees—are all temples of God.

Krishna, God, the Supreme and Sovereign Person, in His personal, primordial, original, infinite, and absolute form, is, in truth, the Absolute Truth.

Lord Krishna says: There is truly nothing that exists outside of Me; this is what you must clearly understand. I am the source of everything that exists; everything emanates from Me.

The Absolute Truth embodies the Origin of Everything that Exists. Everything we perceive, even in the conditioned state, or on the material plane, emanates from this Supreme Being, who is none other than the Absolute Truth, who has also created the mind, the senses, and the intelligence of living beings. This means that the Absolute Truth is not Himself devoid of mind, intelligence, and senses, or in other words, that He is not impersonal.
