In short, through this second birth, the true father of the liberated soul bestows Krishna upon it. This is the magnificent mercy that the new father of the liberated soul grants.
When a person, even an outcast, is initiated into the chanting of the Holy Names of the Lord by a holy being, their body is transformed as they observe the instructions of their spiritual master.
It is therefore irrefutable that an outcast, like any fallen or lowly being, can become a sage simply by virtue of the authentic initiation received from the authentic spiritual master.
Through the grace of the spiritual master, one can receive Krishna's mercy. Without the mercy of Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, no one can make any progress. Therefore, we must always remember our spiritual master, praise him, and pay him homage. He must be honored in the same way as the Supreme Lord, for he is His closest servant.
If someone dedicates himself to the spiritual life under the guidance of a true spiritual master, and thus devotes himself to the loving and devoted service he offers to the Lord, he becomes worthy to see the Sovereign Person face to face. We must follow the instructions of the spiritual master, for it is in this way that one becomes worthy to see Krishna, God, the Supreme Person.
It is through the spiritual master, our true father, that one can go to Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, enter His absolute realm of knowledge, bliss, and eternity, to serve Him forever.
Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, says: Seek to know the truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire about it from him with submission and while serving him. The realized soul can reveal knowledge to you, for it has seen the truth.

No. While it may be possible to escape divine justice through various subterfuges, let us understand that divine justice is founded upon God and is based on divine laws, laws that are forever inviolable. One can escape human justice, but escaping God's justice is simply impossible.

A divine law states: “What you have done will be done to you.”
