He who kills another human being, or even several of them, for whatever reason (in truth, there is no reason to take the life of a human being or an animal. There is no justification for taking a life), must be killed in turn. Nationalist racists, expansionists, materialists, and politicians will be reincarnated within the community they hated and vilified, and will in turn suffer all the suffering they expressed and spread in their previous life.
Those who are atheists, who reject God and absolutely do not want to hear about Him, will have their wish granted.
