The higher planetary systems of the galaxy.
There are fourteen astral spheres where the planets of our galaxy, as in the rest of the galaxies, evolve.
The higher planets reach as far as Brahmaloka, the highest planetary system in our galaxy. Brahmaloka, also called Svarloka, is the highest planet in our galaxy, as in this upper region composed of many heavenly, paradise-like planets. Everything in the galaxy is connected to it in some way.
It is on these heavenly, paradise-like planets located in the upper region that the celestial beings live. They are the assistants, agents, and servants of Krishna, God, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. They obey the Lord and operate throughout the galaxy.
They have received from God the power to govern the various planets of the galaxy and to direct the elements of material nature.
Where are the infernal planets that make up Hell located?
All the infernal planets are located in the space between the three major regions. They are in the southern part of the galaxy, below the intermediate Earth-like planetary system, and slightly above the Garbhodaka waters at the southern end of the galaxy.
The seven lower planetary systems are located below the intermediate planetary system, where Earth is located, which, I remind you, and its human inhabitants are located at the beginning of the intermediate region.
The seven lower planetary systems are located below the one we are currently on, the lowest of them all, called Patalaloka. Below Patalaloka are other planets known as infernal planets, or Narakaloka.
This area is also called “Hell.” Whoever falls into Hell never comes out again.
Below the Earth are the seven lower planetary systems, respectively named Atala, Vitala, Sutala, Talatala, Nahatala, Rasatala, and Patala. Below these planets is Lord Garbhodakasayi Visnu, reclining on the Garbhodaka Ocean, on the layer formed for Him by Lord Ananta Sesa, the plenary emanation of Krishna, 19,402,243 kilometers deep. By reclining in the galaxy, the Lord gives life to bodies composed of material elements. This ocean is spiritual and cannot be seen with material eyes. Nor are Lords Garbhodakasayi Visnu and Ananta Sesa.
The Garbhodaka Ocean is located at the bottom of the galaxy. The infernal planets are therefore located between Patalaloka and the Garbhodaka Ocean. The Garbhodaka Ocean occupies half of the galaxy; the other half corresponds to the spherical dome of space where the countless planetary systems evolve.
