Where are Lords Visnu, Ksirodakasayi Visnu, Garbhodakasayi Visnu, and Ksirodakasayi Visnu?

The Supreme Lord, Visnu, the plenary emanation of Krishna, is present in every galaxy in two forms: those of Garbhodakasayi Visnu and Ksirodakasayi Visnu. The latter has his own planet at the northern end of the galaxy, and this is true for every galaxy in the material cosmos.

In every galaxy, there is a Garbhodakasayi Visnu, a universal form of the Supreme Lord, and a Ksirodakasayi Visnu.

Lord Ksirodakasayi Visnu is present in every galaxy and inhabits a special planet called Svetadvipa. From Him come all the Avatars who appear in the material galaxy.

On the spiritual planet located in each galaxy is an ocean of milk, and on it, an island called Svetadvipa, the abode of Lord Visnu.

Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, sustains by His own power all the stars, all the planets, and all the galaxies in the space in which they evolve, as well as in their orbits.

All the planets in our galaxy are inhabited.

All living beings—humans, terrestrial and aquatic animals, and plants, from blades of grass to tall trees—are distributed across all the planets of our galaxy, depending on their mental state and karma. This is true for all galaxies. Lord Krishna Himself affirms that all living beings are present in all spheres of existence.

The higher planets are also inhabited by beings more intelligent and better off than we earthlings, and their living conditions are more lavish than ours on Earth.

But there are also some beings who, due to their past actions, are forced to live on other planets beyond the reach of the sun's rays. The condition of each being is thus determined by the Supreme Lord.

During the creation of the material universe, Lord Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, simultaneously created 8,400,000 types of bodies, which will be given to the souls who incarnate there, according to their desire.

The different living species or life forms.

The varied bodies that distinct beings take are assigned according to the being's desires. There are:

900,000 aquatic species.

2,000,000 plant species.

1,100,000 species of reptiles and worms.

1,000,000 bird species.

3,000,000 mammal species.

400,000 human species.

This group includes the 8,400,000 varieties of bodies found on the various planets that make up a galaxy.

This is how the wanderings of the incarnate spiritual being, the human being, continue, through the effect of countless incarnations following the call of the various forms of material desires that he emits, and which reside in his mind.

There is certainly an evolution of species, but all the various forms of life exist simultaneously.

The fish, the human being, the tiger, and all other beings appeared at the same time during creation and were simultaneously injected by the Lord into the bodies they had in their previous existence. The incarnate being, according to their karma, can occupy one of these bodies, and all follow an evolutionary path.

Thus, after the fish, the next stage will be plant life. From there, the spiritual being can become an insect. From the insect stage, they will move on to that of a bird, then to that of a terrestrial mammal, and finally evolve into the human form.
