Those who make the mistake of blaspheming the Lord, whether in thought, word, or deed, will have to be reborn into a family of unbelievers, demonic infidels, atheists, where they are very likely to forget the service of the Lord. Moreover, whoever acts in this way will go to hell, as will their ancestors.

The wicked, the evil unbelievers, blaspheme the Lord because He appears in the guise of an ordinary man; they know nothing of His infinite greatness.

All those who reject God are subject to the influence of the Lord's illusory energy.

Krishna's illusory energy is also called the energy of illusion or maya. Maya means “that which is not, illusion.”

Under its influence, the spiritual soul, distinct from God, believes itself to be the master of creation, the possessor and the supreme enjoyer. Identifying itself with material energy, that is, with its body (through which it seeks sense gratification), the mind, and material intelligence, it thus forgets the eternal relationship that unites it with God. The soul conditioned by maya embarks on the quest for the pleasures of this world and thus becomes increasingly bound to the cycle of death and rebirth, or repetitive reincarnations.

The soul that distances itself from God and does not want to obey Him is subjected to the veil of maya, which conditions it and gradually masks reality from it. The purpose of maya is not to lead the beings it conditions into delusion, perdition, and suffering. Rather, it seeks to awaken reason in them, so that they may finally turn to God, obey Him, do His divine will, surrender to Him, and ultimately serve Him with love and devotion, for their own good, and that they may return to the Lord, in His absolute kingdom for eternity.

Maya, the Lord's illusory energy, conditions human beings who want to emancipate themselves from God, unaware that by acting in this way, they distance themselves from the Lord and plunge themselves into perdition, the darkness of ignorance, and endless suffering.

All those who are subject to the influence of maya, the Lord's energy of illusion, which is akin to Satan, remain in illusion. The latter exerts its influence in two ways, either through the effect of “projection” or through the effect of “veiling.” Through the effect of “projection,” it plunges living beings into the darkness of ignorance regarding information about God and existential truth, and through the effect of “veiling,” it obscures human vision, limiting their understanding of the existence of the Supreme Being. Maya, the illusory energy, also manifests its influence on less intelligent people, leading them to believe that they are identical to God, or even God Himself.
