In reality, human beings must, above all else, strive to progress through spiritual knowledge, and spiritual education, whose knowledge stems from the teachings of God, allows one to achieve this and, above all, to better know Krishna, God, the Supreme Person.

Knowing God is the crucial factor, for the understanding that emanates from Him is the ultimate conclusion of all knowledge of the Lord.

Truly, Krishna, God, the Supreme Person embodies the goal of true knowledge. The art of learning to know the Absolute Truth, which is none other than Krishna himself, lies in knowing that he is the Supreme Spiritual Master, that everything emanates from him, that he is the source of all that Is, and that by learning to know him, one automatically knows Everything.

To know God is automatically to know absolute existential truth.

One becomes a devotee of Krishna when one knows perfectly well that He is the ultimate source. This knowledge is attained after many lifetimes of ceaseless seeking.

Krishna the God, the Supreme Person, adds: After many deaths and rebirths, the person with true knowledge surrenders to me, because they know that I am all that is and the cause of all causes. Such a great soul is infinitely rare.

But great souls, who are never deluded, are under the protection of the divine nature. Knowing that I am God, the Supreme Person, original and inexhaustible, they become fully absorbed in the service of devotion.

The Lord advises us to receive the philosophy derived from His teachings, or spiritual education, from someone who knows Him perfectly, for knowledge from someone who does not know Him at all will prove futile, or worse, deceptive.

Let us seek a true spiritual master, an authentic servant of God, who knows Him perfectly and has seen the truth, for the teaching he imparts is in reality that of Lord Krishna.

In the beginning of all things there is Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, in His personal, primordial, original, infinite, and absolute form, all knowledge, bliss, and eternity.

Then there is the spiritual soul, which is what each of us truly is, in its original position as an eternal servant of Krishna. This is the beginning of spiritual education.

The Lord says: When you know the truth, you will understand that all beings are an integral part of Me, that they live in Me, and belong to Me.

By receiving knowledge from the lips of a being conscious of their spiritual identity and the true value of things, you will understand that all beings are minute fragments of Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, an integral part of His divine self.
