This is what awaits all those who kill animals.

Do people realize that the slaughter of innocent land and water animals in slaughterhouses, fish farms, aquaculture facilities, on the high seas by trawlers, and in all other centers of death, driven by their insatiable desire to feast on their flesh, will bring about calamities, wars, epidemics, famines, droughts, floods, and other current and future climatic upheavals. These calamities will befall them as a consequence of the karma accumulated by the animal holocaust, and will also befall the societies that support these criminal activities, unforgivable in the eyes of God.

Killing animals will force us to be reborn in animal form, to be killed by the same kind of animal we killed in our last life. Such is the law of nature.

Those who kill animals, who cause them needless suffering, and eat their flesh, as is the practice in slaughterhouses, will be killed in a similar way in their next life and in many lives to come. There is no forgiveness for such an offense.

He who professionally kills thousands of animals so that people can buy and eat their flesh must expect to be killed himself in a similar way in his next life and in many other lives. Many unscrupulous individuals even go so far as to violate their own religious principles. The Judeo-Christian scriptures clearly give the commandment: “Thou shalt not kill.” Despite this, offering all sorts of excuses, even the leaders of these religions kill animals while pretending to be holy men. This mockery and hypocrisy of humanity are the cause of the calamities that afflict it, such as the periodic outbreak of wars and the forces of nature.

Killing animals will not only deprive us of the human form in our next life, but will also force us to take on an animal body and be killed by the same kind of animal we killed. These are divine laws. If the masses wish to be saved from this chain reaction of killing life after life, they must dedicate themselves now to developing Krishna consciousness, God consciousness, and cease all sinful activity.

By slaughtering innocent animals in countless ways and eating their flesh, humans condemn themselves to severe punishment from divine justice. For taking life, they too will die; they cannot escape it.

It is absurd and irresponsible to believe, and especially to claim, that the slaughter of animals and the consumption of meat, fish, and eggs do not hinder spiritual realization and are not the source of our suffering.

Animal killers and all those who revel in animal flesh will never know Krishna, God, the Supreme Person as He truly is, nor will they ever possess true divine wisdom, much less discover existential and absolute truth.

They are malevolent beings who will not find the path that leads to the kingdom of God, nor will they develop the spiritual elevation of their being. Moreover, they will themselves suffer in their next life what they did to these innocent animals, for such is karma, the law of action and reaction, the law of cause and effect, which returns to each person the consequences of their actions.

Let us understand that all animals have a soul. This is why God commands us not to harm them.

A divine law states, “What you have done will be done to you.”

Those who wish to begin the path that leads to the kingdom of God must first and foremost stop eating meat, fish and eggs, then obey the Lord, surrender to him and serve him with love and devotion.
